With Whom is Your Identification In? Part 4

This week, Minister Grace Mebane of Spirit Food Christian Center continues teaching her message titled “With Whom is Your Identification In?”. In this fourth part of the message, Minister Mebane talks about how young people are identifying with so many things in the world today. In basic terms, from a young age, our children are indoctrinated with the current popular culture. Identification is an unconscious process by which a person formulates a mental image of another person, and then thinks, feels, and acts in a way that resembles this image. This system of identification is operating in the sensory realm, and in our minds. We are instructed to transform ourselves through the renewing of our minds. That’s why it’s crucial that we instruct our children in God’s word so that they know who they are in God.
