Spiritology: A Bible look at the Human Spirit – Part 1

Pastor Garry D. Zeigler from Spirit Food Christian Center in Winnetka, California teaches a message titled “Spiritology: A Bible look at the Human Spirit”. Spiritology is the study of our spirit from a biblical perspective. This message shows us via scripture where our spirit is located, what it can do, the development of the human spirit and what its function is. As shown is 1 Peter 1:22-23 there is a lot the scriptures have to say about the human spirit. We who are born of the spirit of God, our spirit is born again. A person must get their life from he who gives life and he, Jesus, is the light and he is the one who lighteth every man, John 1:9. You don’t evolve into the family of God you have to be birthed into the family of God. We are described by God in Romans 8:9 as in the spirit, the spirit of God is in us and we are in the spirit of God.
