Believers can pray in two different ways, with your own understanding or by praying in the spirit. When the Lord talks about praying in the spirit in the word he is talking about yielding to the spirit, this kind of prayer requires for us to be spiritually taught, spiritually aware and spiritually in agreement with what the holy spirit is asking us to do.
