Are You S.A.N.E.? Part 2

This week Minister Grace Mebane of Spirit Food Christian Center in Winnetka starts continues teaching her message titled “Are You S.A.N.E.?” The acronym S.A.N.E. stands for “Set Above the Natural Elements”.  There are so many disturbing events occurring in the world today.  You only need to turn on the television news for a moment to understand that there are a lot of terrible things taking place.  As Christians, we are instructed to set our affection on things above.  So, we have to ask ourselves if we’re setting our minds on spiritual things, or are we allowing our minds to be consumed by events in the world.  Ultimately, the solution for us as Christians is to focus on our relationship with Jesus.  It’s a binary decision, it’s one or the other – we cannot be involved in the ways of the world and have a true relationship with Jesus.
