We learn from the word that God looks at the heart of people, in other words, he looks at our spirit, not the physical part of our being. Our heart’s desire should be to serve God, and He will always give us guidance to do what is right. The exhortation of the Lord is for our benefit to help us grow up spiritually. We can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us. It is through growing up spiritually, that we can enjoy the best that God has to offer.
